- Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
- Proficient in Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)
- Fluent in English is required for this role
- Have no issue to work on 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
- Able to start working on 24th June 2024
- Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
- Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
- To exceed customer\'s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
- Facilitate customer onboarding and provide stellar after-sales services.
- Provide assist on product returns and exchanges.
- Answer customer\'s inquiries about the products.
- Monthly Salary: RM2,500 Basic Salary
- Commission provided
- EPF and SOCSO
- 12 days Annual Leave & 14 days Medical Leave
- FREE Shuttle Service (Subang Jaya Komuter 7.45am - 10.15pm and Ara Damansara LRT 8.15am - 9.30pm)
