As a Healthcare Solutions Manager, you will explore, develop, implement and evaluate Digital innovation solutions that address customer needs; co-create with key partners to build partnerships & collaborations. You will also lead the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels, including print and digital media as well as develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development and production stages of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPI\'s. You will work in collaboration with brand teams technical teams & all functions to improve value and provide consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercialization of products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team on decision making on Sales Force resource allocation in most optimal ways, through delivery of validated analytics-based project and provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Planning & management: Gather requirements to develop project plans and Project estimations to task level and proactively assist the Business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps.
• Serve as collaborate with the global and local Brand teams on Project Planning and delivery management.
• Lead and deliver projects for Regional and global teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality objectives.
• Ensure delivery of efficient and high-quality results; Provide effective and timely responses to ad hoc requests.
• Lead an efficient and high-quality team that promotes harmony and standard process sharing among resources, drives collaboration with Country Organizations in managing high standards of communication and delivering best in class services.
• Provide guidance on training requirements in relation to Commercial processes
• Take initiative to drive standardization of reports across brands
• Work with Therapeutic Area (TA) to pilot and execute solutions to address specific pain points on key phases of patient journey (Diagnosis/Patient Identification, Referral/Capacity, Adherence/Maintenance) across different therapeutic areas.

o Conduct a deep dive mapping on the patient journey of the respective hospital account. Define baseline status of the metrics as agreed with TAs. Provide in depth insights and opportunities to improve impact on each respective account and project plan timelines to deliver the solution.
o Deploy effectively the solutions by engaging with the respective customer and staff in those service clinics. Enhance solutions delivery with speed of execution while adhering to local and internal compliance framework
o Implement plans to deliver in line with expectations for pre-defined important metrics.
o Collaborate with internal multi-functional teams (field and non-field teams).
o Communicate progress, obstacles and insights / success stories on a periodic manner to internal customers.
o Track patients in transition of care and ensuring proper documentation.
o Finalize the project and communicate impact / value perceived to key customers in the respective hospital. Able to provide takeaways and sharing across TAs.
