Provide technical input, solutions and recommendations. Monitors service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards and end-user requirements
Manages the technical/service relationship between company, end-user and vendors
Works with key customers representatives to retain customers and build business
ITO service delivery generally be done remotely in company facility but may be performed at customer\'s location when required
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Entry-level or intermediate-level certificate in IT work field is added advantage
Fresh graduate, industry player keen to venture into IT are welcome
