Tasks



Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime. Assist with network troubleshooting and basic configuration tasks to maintain optimal network performance. Coordinate with internal teams and external service partners to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Document and track all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up. Support global rollouts by assisting with the setup and configuration of new deskside equipment and technologies.

Requirements



Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in deskside support or a similar IT support role. Basic understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting network issues. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
