Job Description

Summary:



1. Receive and record the complaint.

2. Response/acknowledge the complaint timely.

3. Timely distribution of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work Order (WO) to the M&E and C&S Department.

4. Provide feedback to the complainer 5. Prepare Monthly Report

Job Responsibilities:



1. Accept the complaint through e-Aduan or telephone.

2. Complaint through telephone/other means to be recorded in the CFMS.

3. Response immediately by acknowledging it in the system.

4. Print out the WO and distribute to the relevant technical department.

5. Monitor the due date of the WO and follow up with the relevant department on pending WOs.

6. Provide feedback to customer and get customer comments/feedback on our services quality.

7. Follow up with customer to ensure issue has been resolved.

8. Ensure Planned Maintenance WO generated timely.

9. To follow up with M&E and C&S department on pending WO.

10. To assist in preparing monthly report for UITM submission.

11. Any other tasks assign by immediate superior/management.

Job Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in any field Front Desk experience is an advantage Able to use Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
