Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support on products and services to users Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues via phone, email, or chat To respond in a professional and timely manner to any user query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution Manage, keep track, and follow up on helpdesk tickets in a timely manner Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up on resolutions Document all reported issues and resolutions accurately Perform routine tasks such as password resets when required Obtain technical certifications that are assigned by Head of Department or Management Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Required skill(s): Hardware & PC troubleshooting At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision. Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, PJ.
