Responsible for coordination of incoming work request, maintain office filings and data entry of computerized maintenance management system.
Update and maintain files and employee records.
Follow up office procedures including key-log, visitor log, stationery requisition and phone log.
Maintain and update stationery stock level.
Maintain and update work requisition.
Typing and taking minutes.
Attend and answering incoming phone calls.
Update and maintain laundry database system.
Back up data in computer system daily
Update and maintain employee uniform record.
Take care of own health and safety.
Participate in OSH training, campaign and promotional sessions
Understand and follow the company's OSH policy
To participate in risk, safety, quality, environmental and business continuity activities of the organization
Perform other duties as required by superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum qualification of a SPM or equivalent or with minimum 2 years experience in office administration.
Must be familiar with Windows and MS Office.
Possess good oral and written communication skills.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
