- Ability to engage with customers to understand their need, offer styling advice, and make personalized recommendations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by boutique operating hours.
- Friendly, and persuasive communication to explain product features to customer.
- Understanding of the scarf product, including materials, styling options, and brand history.
- Keeping the workspace, stockroom, display, and sales floor tidy and organized.
- Updating sales and inventory records, performing regular stock checks.
