Job Description

We are recruiting for our client in Kuala Lumpur, Client will be open to hire people from within Malaysia and other countries like Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Indonesia ,Pakistan or Indonesia to move to Malaysia to join their engineering team . Looking to hire up to 10 engineers. They can be junior engineers (2-3 years of experience) or sr. engineers (4+ years of experience). We would like an even mix of both jr and sr engineers, but a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

Preference off stack/technology experience:

Don't have any requirements in terms of programming language or tech stack experience because client believe an engineer can be a good engineer regardless of specific experience.

A candidate should have come from a top tech company with modern frameworks and languages previously, or they likely will not pass our interview process. Most engineers are fullstack, but several engineers do tend to specialize over time.

As a Fullstack Engineer you will work on an independent product delivery team alongside other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions focused around one of our core problems focuses such as operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop complex software systems scaling to millions of users with production quality deployment, monitoring, and reliability. Develop across the full-stack (backend, mobile, UI/UX, operations) Work closely with various business partners including product, design, government relations, business development, strategy and operations to solve high impact problems. Writing functional and integration tests. Sharp problem-solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related STEM field is preferred. 4+ years expertise in one or more object-oriented design methodology and large-scale application development (e.g. Kotlin, Ruby, Python, Go, Java, C++). Experience building user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
