. Below are the job scopes and requirements for each position.

Plumber Job Scope:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings. Evaluate plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions. Perform routine inspections and emergency repairs on plumbing systems. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met.

Welder Job Scope:

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements. Set up and operate welding equipment, including manual and semi-automatic welding tools. Weld metal components and structures with precision, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Inspect welded surfaces and structures for flaws and perform necessary repairs.

Construction Worker Job Scope:

Assist in various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and operating hand tools.

Requirements for All Positions

Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent. Relevant technical training or completion of apprenticeship programs for specific roles (plumbing for plumbers, welding for welders). Proven experience in the respective field is preferred. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations applicable to construction sites. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform manual labor. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
