General Responsibilities (Applicable to All Fields)
Assist the department in daily operations, documentation, and coordination tasks
Support workflow processes, reporting requirements, and administrative duties
Participate in team meetings, briefings, and discussions
Contribute to problem-solving, planning, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors or mentors
Minimum Requirements
Malaysian citizen
Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
CGPA 3.0 and above (or equivalent)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, adapt and work in a team-based environment
Ability to join the program within a short notice period
