Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Determine building system and equipment status, analyze building system auditing purpose, perform building system audit, analyze audit findings and recommend solutions for improvement Estimate projected operation expenses, determine projected income, prepare departmental budget ,control departmental budget allocation and revise current budget Ensure whole building operations are policies and procedures compliance in accordance with Building By-Law, Safety Health and environment (SHE) Procedure, Local Authority and building owner's requirements Develop Facilities Management strategic plan, formulate sound business case, plan coaching and motivation session, plan work delegation and empowerment and nurture teamwork among staff Identify Facilities Management project risk, prepare risk mitigation plan, implement risk mitigation control and develop business continuity plan (BCP) procedures. Prepare recruitment and employment requirements, perform training need analysis (TNA), establish training plan and prepare staff performance appraisal. Perform contract interpretations and compliance, monitor contract compliance, manage service performance level, coordinate change order management and perform contract closure. Prepare Quality Management Plan (QMP), propose Customer Satisfaction Survey improvements, perform statutory compliance planning, perform vendor and service provider assessment and verify sign off project report. Identify suitable Facilities Management technology, plan new technology adoption, plan facilities space analysis and plan space management consultation activity. Prepare Project Management Plan (PMP), assign project team members and perform project monitoring and control.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of

10 years' experience

in building and facilities management, with at least

5 years in a leadership role

. Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and asset management. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proven experience in budget management and contract negotiation. Familiarity with sustainability and green building initiatives is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
