Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Elderly Home Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care facility. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

• Develop policies and procedures for the facility and ensure that they are followed by staff members.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate and monitor the care of elderly residents, including medical care, social activities, and other services.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care, including medical records, medication schedules, and treatment plans.
• Ensure that the facility is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Manage the facility\'s budget and financial operations, including billing and accounting.
• Communicate with residents and their families to address concerns and provide updates on their care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other service providers to ensure that residents receive the care they need.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in an elderly care facility.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
