Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Showcase and thoroughly describe a wide range of home appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, and various kitchen devices to customers. Deliver a high-quality retail experience by providing attentive, well-informed, and personalized customer service. Understand customer requirements and suggest the most fitting appliance options. Assist in achieving monthly sales objectives through effective product presentation and engagement. Ensure products are attractively displayed, maintain store cleanliness, and consistently monitor stock levels. Stay knowledgeable about new product features, ongoing promotions, and emerging technologies. Collect customer comments and forward meaningful insights to the sales and marketing teams. Foster positive and cooperative relationships with store personnel and management.
Key Requirements:

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Genuine interest in home appliances and consumer electronics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Experience in retail, mobile, or consumer electronics sales is an added advantage.
