Key Responsibilities:
Introduce and clearly describe home appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, and various kitchen appliances to customers.
Deliver an exceptional retail experience by providing attentive, well-informed, and personalized assistance.
Evaluate customer preferences and recommend the most suitable appliance options.
Contribute to reaching monthly sales goals through effective customer engagement and product promotion.
Ensure products are neatly arranged, maintain store cleanliness, and consistently track stock availability.
Stay informed about the latest product updates, promotional offers, and technological trends.
Gather customer input and communicate valuable observations to the sales and marketing departments.
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with store staff and management.
Key Requirements:
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Genuine interest in home appliances and consumer electronics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience in retail, mobile, or consumer electronics sales is an added advantage.
