Requirements

• Candidate with SPM level qualification.
• Able to speak fluently in Traditional Mandarin is a must (Read, Speak, Type)!
• Basic English is acceptable for this role.
• Applicant must be willing to work on 24 hours Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift), 6 days working per week (Schedule will be given weekly/monthly)
• Must be able to work 6 days per week when required (with allowance given!)
• Able to join on 23rd or 30th Nov 2022.
• Must possess own laptop/PC, a strong Wifi network connection and personal working space (no interruption of external person/third parties)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls about food delivery services in Taiwan.
• Provide information to customers regarding food delivery information.
• To handle all incoming and email calls related to food delivery services
• To provide transportation information to facilitate customer travel
