Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing Lesson Plans of different levels and language proficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and evaluating the progress and development of the students under one\xe2\x80\x99s charge and giving useful and timely feedback to students and parents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and assessing student learning to facilitate positive and effective development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with others in supporting the department in curriculum development/review and other departmental needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and preparing relevant teaching resources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate actively in Programme meeting and subject-based meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform student management duties as required. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates must have at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Early Years Education or equivalent , preferably with at least 2-3 years of teaching experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a strong commitment to and passion for education. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be self-motivated, responsible, caring and innovative. \xe2\x80\xa2 A good command of English
