Requirements
  • SPM leavers and above are encourage to apply.
  • Experience related with house maintenance will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
  • Have own transport
  • Available to work public holidays
ResponsibilitiesHomestay Operation Supervisor
  • Frequent visits to Mr DIY, IKEA, Kaison, Daiso, Hardware shop for shopping, purchasing maintenance items, and sometimes helping to set up units.
  • Restoring the house to its original condition, arranging maintenance and repairs.
  • Managing the cleaning staff\'s schedule and quality.
  • Following any directives from superiors.
