Job description Homework Assistance: Guide students through their homework, ensuring they understand classroom material and complete assignments effectively. Individualized Support: Create tailored learning plans to address the unique needs of each student. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, focused, and orderly classroom environment. Parent Communication: Regularly update parents on their child\'s progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
