Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome every guest upon arrival and create an inviting first impression that reflects the brand's prestige and hospitality.
Manage guest flow and appointment coordination in collaboration with the boutique team.
Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable throughout their visit.
Support client-hosting initiatives, private events, and boutique hospitality arrangements.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful gestures that elevate the experience.
Maintain a refined boutique environment by upholding service etiquette, grooming, and presentation standards.
Assist with administrative or operational tasks related to guest service when required.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or guest relations (luxury retail or hotel background preferred).
Impeccable personal presentation, communication, and poise.
Service-oriented, with a genuine passion for people and luxury experiences.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
