  • Experience: Prior experience as a host, receptionist, or any customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Warm, friendly personality with a strong passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills for smooth interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing reservations and guest information.
  • Availability: Willingness to work on nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Tanggungjawab
  • Greet Guests: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel acknowledged, comfortable, and valued.
  • Manage Reservations: Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide Information: Offer accurate information about games, dining options, promotions, and upcoming events.
  • Coordinate with Staff: Communicate guest arrivals, seating preferences, and special requests to the service team and game facilitators.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Assist the Service Team: Support during peak hours with taking drink orders, clearing tables, and basic food service tasks.
  • Handle Payments: Process payments for bookings and packages according to Carousel & Co. transaction procedures.
  • Assist with Guest Requests: Help guests with inquiries, including event or game-related questions, to enhance their overall experience.
