Tanggungjawab
Greet Guests: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel acknowledged, comfortable, and valued.
Manage Reservations: Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins efficiently and professionally.
Provide Information: Offer accurate information about games, dining options, promotions, and upcoming events.
Coordinate with Staff: Communicate guest arrivals, seating preferences, and special requests to the service team and game facilitators.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist the Service Team: Support during peak hours with taking drink orders, clearing tables, and basic food service tasks.
Handle Payments: Process payments for bookings and packages according to Carousel & Co. transaction procedures.
Assist with Guest Requests: Help guests with inquiries, including event or game-related questions, to enhance their overall experience.
