  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written).
  • Confident in handling customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
  • Pleasant appearance, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Tanggungjawab
  • Greet and welcome guests courteously upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest waiting lists efficiently.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
  • Communicate table status and guest flow with the service and kitchen teams.
  • Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and WhatsApp - including reservations, menu information, promotions, and general questions.
  • Respond to messages promptly and professionally, maintaining a polite and friendly tone.
  • Record reservations and special requests accurately.
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints courteously and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception or entrance area.
  • Assist the service team during busy hours if needed.
  • Ensure all guests leave with a positive and memorable experience.
