Experience in F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written).
Confident in handling customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
Pleasant appearance, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Greet and welcome guests courteously upon arrival.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest waiting lists efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Communicate table status and guest flow with the service and kitchen teams.
Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and WhatsApp - including reservations, menu information, promotions, and general questions.
Respond to messages promptly and professionally, maintaining a polite and friendly tone.
Record reservations and special requests accurately.
Handle guest feedback or complaints courteously and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception or entrance area.
Assist the service team during busy hours if needed.
Ensure all guests leave with a positive and memorable experience.
