Job Scope:

Host daily live sessions on TikTok. Present topics related to banking, home loans, refinancing, DSR, CCRIS/CTOS, and property financing. Deliver content in an engaging, clear, and easy-to-understand manner. Answer audience questions during live sessions confidently and professionally. Convert live viewers into potential leads by encouraging them to fill in forms or contact via WhatsApp. Maintain a friendly, energetic on-camera presence to boost viewer engagement. Provide basic advice to viewers before handing them over to the loan consultant. Assist in early screening (pre-qualification) of leads from live sessions. Provide clear guidance to customers on what documents are needed for loan checking. Assist customers in understanding their loan eligibility and basic financial profile.


Skills & Qualities Required :

21 years old and above Disciplined and punctual Able to work in a team Confident speaking in front of camera Strong communication and customer-handling skills Basic understanding of banking, loan, CCRIS, and refinance Fast learner, proactive, and disciplined in follow-ups Friendly, energetic, and able to simplify financial terms Organized and consistent in updating customer records


Benefits:

? Basic Salary: RM2,500

? Monthly allowance + commission + annual bonus

Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (weekends & public holidays off)



Work Environment:

Office-based work with computer, telephone, pantry, and prayer room (for Muslim staff) provided.
