Allocate rooms, manage check-in/out, and update resident records.
Ensure hostel cleanliness, safety, discipline, and proper room capacity.
Handle complaints, maintenance requests, and emergencies.
Prepare reports, file documents, and manage tenancy agreements/renewals.
Liaise with vendors, warden, maintenance, security, and relevant departments.
Conduct regular inspections and report issues.
Maintain neat appearance, set a good example, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Invoice & other clerical/ admin job assigned by HOD.
