Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
Ability to converse, read and/ or write in Malay & English (Added advantage Mandarin speaker)
Good administrative & operational skills.
Fast learner & able to work under pressure to meet the projects deadline.
Able to work in a team and work independently.

Responsible for the general maintenance of hostels and hostel property.
Ensure that the staff and students follow the rules and regulations of the University pertaining to hostels.
Maintain and implement overall discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, health, safety and security at the hostels.
To monitor the monthly utility bills of the hostels.
To monitor and ensure that hostels furniture and fittings i.e. bed frame, pillows, fans, etc. are adequate and in good condition.
Provide primary pastoral support and harmonious residence life of students in the hostels.
Report to the maintenance division any problems related to electricity supply and repairs that are urgently required.
Establish and maintain relevant reports/database on hostel-related activities and incidents; and
Respond to on-site emergencies and make relevant referrals.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by immediate superior / Management.
