The Hostess will report to the Restaurant Manager and forms part of the F&B team who collectively deliver exceptional guest experiences.
We are looking for individuals who have a good knowledge of food & beverage, a team player and enjoys to wow guests with outstanding service and hospitality.
The Role of the Hostess
The restaurant hostess is the first colleague to interact with arriving guests as they enter the restaurant. She should ensure to provide proficient and professional Food & Beverage service to the guests by meeting and also exceeding their expectations. Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the standards and respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. She will assist in sitting guests and provide occasional assistance to guests on menu items.
