Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic

TikTok Live Host

to engage audiences through live streaming sessions on TikTok and

on-site at our office

. The ideal candidate should have a dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to entertain, educate, or promote products in real time.

You will host regular TikTok Live sessions aimed at increasing product sales, or follower engagement, depending on the company's goals. You'll be working from our office studio space, using company-provided equipment

Key Responsibility:

1.Hosting Live Session

Go live on TikTok regularly as per schedule. Interact with the audience in real-time, answering questions and responding to comments. Showcase, review, or promote products. Follow TikTok trends and implement them in live streams to increase visibility.

2. Content Preparation

Plan and organize content themes for live sessions. Coordinate with the content team/brand managers for product or script information. Set up and maintain an aesthetically pleasing and professional live stream background.

3. Audience Engagement

Build and maintain a loyal viewer base. Use engagement strategies like giveaways, shoutouts, and interactive games or Q&A. Understand audience preferences through feedback and analytics.

4. Reporting & Analysis

Track live session performance (views, engagement rate, conversion rate). Provide feedback and reports to the marketing/content team. Suggest improvements to enhance future live performances.

Working Hours & Shifts:

You will be required to work on both shifts on a rotational basis (month) :

Morning Shift:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Evening/Night Shift:

5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
