To assist and take charge in the day-to-day operations and activities.
Ensures guest have a smooth-running stay at the hotel.
Directly supervise in organizing activities, assigning and coordinates responsibilities to fellow colleagues to ensure productivity.
Resolve issues regarding hotel services and amenities.
Assist in executing marketing strategies to promote the hotel services and amenities.
Quickly responds to and resolve customer complaints, afterhours emergencies and incidents and complete all required reporting documentation.
Assisting in landscape and building maintenance.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Cameron Highlands (Cameron Highlands): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
