• Able to speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to speak Mandarin / Cantonese will be an added advantage
• Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Friendly & pleasant personality, possess good interpersonal skill & communication skills
• Strong disciplines, honesty, commitments and self-initiative
• Must be willing to work on shift ( Morning / noon / night ) including working on weekends and public holidays

• To greets, attend incoming calls, assist guests with smile & professional manner
• Responsible for daily operation including cash-handling responsibilities, check in and check out, good working knowledge of current and upcoming events
