Looking for a hotel maintenance officer who is familiar with building maintenance work.
Job description:
To perform building mechanical, electrical maintenance works and painting works.
To repair and carry out preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, rotary, and static equipment, piping works, air-conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, audio, visual, and lighting, and all property repairs through involvement and delegation to other team members
Responsible for replacement of all fuse and bulbs, safe custody of lighting and sound equipment in designated areas.
To maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate and report to the Management, on job assignments and inform them of movement to enable easy and quick locate in case of emergency.
Any other job assignments as and when required by his superiors.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
