Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara- will mark the first Hyatt House hotel in Malaysia and South East Asia. Located in Mont\xe2\x80\x99 Kiara, an affluent suburb located five kilometres from downtown Kuala Lumpur, the hotel will feature approximately 298 guestrooms, a three-meal restaurant, 3,100 square feet of meeting space, a fitness centre, and a sky pool. Scheduled to open in late 2017, the hotel will be part of a larger mixed use development, Arcoris Mont\xe2\x80\x99 Kiara, which will feature business suites, small home offices (\xe2\x80\x9cSoHo\xe2\x80\x9d), residential units, and a retail plaza.

We are currently looking for an experienced Hotel Manager- Guest Services to join us in this exciting journey.
This position reports to the hotel General Manager.
You will be a leader that thrives and excels in managing the divisions that have direct face to face daily interaction with our guests. (Front Office, Restaurants, Bars and Event Space). As a member of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s senior management team, the Hotel Manager- Guest Services, is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. Your priority will be to ensure the high service standards of Hyatt are met at all times and ensure that we care for our guests so they can be at their best.
An individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a prominent member within the industry, you will be confident and driven in your approach. You are business savvy and are known for your ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels, are detail orientated and must be able to constantly maintain high service standards and problem-solve with employees and guests. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be constantly hands on and ready to lend expertise within other departments of the hotel.
