(Preferred) Hotel Management / Business / Mass Com / Hotel Business related Diploma
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Mandarin speaking is an advantage. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.)
Business savvy and research ability.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and resolve any issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of all hotel operating procedures.
Own Transportation.
Responsibilities
You will join the Operation team and be instrumental in the setup of your department, This position is responsible for maximizing operational manpower and process thorough through Collaboration with external parties such as suppliers, contractor, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc. This position will also manage the operation team.
Evaluate hotel performance, inspect room regularly and enforce strict operational standard to achieve 4 Star Quality
Maximise the utilisation of the staff to achieve optimum standards of service and value for hotel guests and goal.
Work with Operation Management Team to determine effective and engaging operational goal which are then offered in to the operation team to contribute for both operation team and customer success
Work with CEO and Operation Members to develop operational policy, business strategies and action plans to achieve goals
Plays an active role in the Strategic Planning, Operation Plan and Review and Budget Process
Manage all aspects of business and operation and accountable for its overall performance.
