HOTEL OPERATION SUPERVISOR : \xe2\x80\xa2 Be responsible for maximising profit through the consistent delivery of the highest standard of service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out regular inspections of all departments in the areas of guest service delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure hotel premises are clean, tidy, and ambient enough to receive and tend guests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the coordination between the different parts of a hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hiring, orienting, and training of hotel staff to ensure maximum revenue for management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Schedule work shifts and tasks to hotel staff according to their specialty. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collect payments and record all expenditure and generated revenue. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contact clients to schedule and plan the details of an event or conference. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set and adjust the rates for different services according to their quality level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspect hotel stores to check available stock and determine the need for stocking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with the marketing staff to develop and implement strategies for growing the business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling and monitoring hotel staff matter. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in hospitality, management, or related field or equivalent experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 More than three (3) years of experience in the direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent of leadership skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Capable in problem solving skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel.
