HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER Location: Sepilok *Applicants with experience and higher qualification will be offered higher salary RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations of the Bed and Breakfast, including guest check-in and check-out, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Able to come on demand when needed or in case of emergencies
- Manage financial transactions, including accounting and reporting.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tourism/hospitality industry
- Own personal transport
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with guests as well as colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
- Knowledge of local tourism industry and attractions.
- Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred but not compulsory
