Job Description


  • High proficiency in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken Mandarin will be an advantage).
  • Have basic computer skills.
ResponsibilitiesGuest Services:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Conduct check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Reservations Management:
  • Handle phone and online reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Update and manage the reservations system, confirming bookings and special requests.
  • Monitor room availability and collaborate with the team to optimize occupancy rates.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate guest records and manage confidential information.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash transactions.
Communication:
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared for guests.
  • Relay important information to relevant departments to enhance guest experiences.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and management.
