Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Reservations Management:
Handle phone and online reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Update and manage the reservations system, confirming bookings and special requests.
Monitor room availability and collaborate with the team to optimize occupancy rates.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate guest records and manage confidential information.
Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash transactions.
Communication:
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared for guests.
Relay important information to relevant departments to enhance guest experiences.
Maintain effective communication with colleagues and management.
