Check guests in and out of their rooms
Receive and manage reservations via phone, WhatsApp, email, and OTAs
Verify guests' payment methods during check-in
Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area
Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out
Ensure general cleanliness of specified areas
Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required in this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word will be an advantage.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to perform multi-tasking with minimum supervision able to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up skills & problem-solving abilities.
Required language(s): English and Malay
Preferred language(s): Mandarin and Cantonese
Availability immediately is preferable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
