Seeds Hotel Premier The Mines is a fast-growing hospitality brand committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our front office team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional attitude
Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Manage room reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
Ensure accurate record-keeping in the hotel system (PMS)
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
Handle payments, deposits, and daily cash balancing
Manage phone calls, emails, and general reception duties
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality or related field
Previous experience in hotel front office is an advantage
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Well-groomed, friendly, and customer-focused
Able to work in shifts, weekends & public holidays
Basic computer skills; familiar with PMS is a plus
