This position is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic online channels and optimize pricing. The role involves managing the e-commerce presence, analyzing market trends, developing and implementing revenue strategies and collaborating with other departments to achieve profitability targets.
Main Duties:
To prepare pick up report in the absence of the Reservation & Revenue Manager
Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR and REvPAR
Analyze market trends, competitive pricing and demand forecasting
Optimize pricing strategies for online booking channels and other distribution channels
Manage and optimize the properties 's website and online booking engine
Assist the Manager on the maximizing every opportunity for Direct Booking, OTA & Travel Agents
To develop strong business relationship with Direct Booking vendor, OTA's and Travel Agents as the secondary contact person
To work together with the marketing team on marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media
To monitor and track results on promotion and campaigns
Stay updated with the current industry trend and best practices in online travel & e-commerce
Requirement:
SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in Business Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
1 to 2 years of experience in reservation, e-commerce or admin work
Good communication skills and attention to details
Able to work independently and in a team
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
