The Reservation & Revenue Manager will play a pivotal role in analyzing revenue data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize revenue generation and involve in the day to day general administration of the revenue department.
To Coordinate with the property and management if there are any issues with connectivity or changes in payment mode etc.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and customer behavior, affecting revenue.
Conduct daily rate shop to ensure parity
Prepare monthly Market Segment reports and OTA performance report
Generate ad-hoc reports for senior management to support strategic decision making.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Check daily on booking pace and inform RM on dates that enable the property to yield
Communicate selling strategies to the reservation team and front office colleagues.
