You will be the owner of the Hotlink Rewards programme and responsible for the end-to-end management of the portfolio for Hotlink prepaid and postpaid subscribers, to drive a key area of differentiation for the Hotlink brand.

We are looking for someone who is independent and proactive, able to think outside of the box, and passionate about driving change and trying new things. Prior experience in product marketing or managing loyalty programmes is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive development and growth of the Hotlink Rewards programme to the prepaid and postpaid subscriber base.

Design and implement marketing campaigns to grow programme adoption, improve customer retention & engagement, and improve Hotlink brand positioning.

Track, analyse and understand the performance of the Hotlink Rewards programme against key KPIs and success measures.

Identify areas to optimise and improve programme performance and, where necessary, work cross-divisionally with technology and product development teams to deliver enhancements.

Manage all operational functions of the current Hotlink Rewards programme, including budgeting, campaign planning, tracking and reporting.

Work closely with other cross-functional teams including marketing communications, finance, legal, sales, IT, value chain and customer care.

Requirements and Fit:

Degree holder.

Minimum 5 years\' work experience, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Excellent analytical skills.

Digitally savvy.

Self-starter and independent thinker.

Collaborative and curious, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
