Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate and explain

Home Appliances

(e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, kitchen appliances) to customers. Deliver a premium in-store shopping experience. Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable home appliance solutions. Support and achieve monthly sales targets. Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock availability. Stay updated with the latest product features, promotions, and technologies. Gather customer feedback and share useful insights with the sales and marketing teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management.

Job Requirement

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent. Passion for home appliances and consumer electronics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and customer-focused. Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays. Experience in retail, mobile, or consumer electronics sales is an added advantage.
