Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all household staff (maids, drivers, gardener, etc.) Plan and oversee daily cleaning, laundry, and maintenance schedules Coordinate driver's daily routes, errands, and car maintenance Assist with school drop-offs and pick-ups Ensure the home is always organized, clean, and guest-ready Manage household inventory, groceries, and supplies Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs or maintenance Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Support family during events or travel as needed Handle petty cash and simple household budgeting (if applicable)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Butler, Household Manager, or similar role Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills Trustworthy, discreet, and responsible Valid driving license with safe driving record Able to multitask and manage priorities efficiently Good command of English (Malay or Mandarin is a plus) Willing to work flexible hours when needed Live-in preferred (accommodation provided) - live-out can be discussed

Compensation:

Salary based on experience and capability Accommodation and meals provided for live-in arrangement

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
