Job Description

Housekeeping Chambermaid is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas within the establishment. This role is vital in ensuring a pleasant experience for guests through attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, and bathrooms according to established procedures and standards. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; wipe down surfaces and furniture. Replenish supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc.) and ensure rooms are well-stocked. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly. Adhere to safety and hygiene standards while performing duties. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Assist with laundry duties as required. Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests courteously. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and security.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
