2. Acknowledge and greets all guest in guestrooms and public areas.
3.Respond to all guest requests in an enthusiastic manners.
4. Ensures requests are expedite requests as quickly and effectively.
5. Communicates with guests at every opportunity to get their feedback.
6. Practices and promotes effective and timely recovery of guest complaint situations.
7. Ensures all amenities are delivered.
8. Become a main player during emergency drills.
9. Cleans and supplies guestrooms according to procedures. Segregate reusable and recyclable items.
10. Carries out any special projects / tasks assigned by Team Leader/GSM/Asst Exec Housekeeper/Exec Housekeeper.
