The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and assigned public areas. This position ensures a comfortable and pleasant stay experience by upholding the hotel's cleanliness standards and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
Make beds, change linens, replace amenities, and replenish supplies as required.
Conduct minor cleaning duties in public areas such as corridors, lift lobbies, and restrooms.
Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost and found articles promptly to the supervisor.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in accordance with hotel SOPs.
Ensure trolleys, pantries, and work areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
Respond courteously to guest requests and assist when needed.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
At least
1 year of experience
in a similar role;
fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Able to communicate in
English and Bahasa Melayu
; additional language is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
