Job Description


  • Cleans assigned guest rooms, public area and administrative office in accordance with hotel policy & procedure.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, pantry and office including the maintenance of the equipment at all times.
  • Ensure that work / cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.
  • Responds timely to guests\xe2\x80\x99 special requests for miscellaneous items.
  • Report damages, losses and supply shortages to supervisor.
  • Prepare / maintain necessary records / accounts.
  • Received any complaints and report to appropriate individuals for necessary action or adjustment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
  • Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Attendance bonus
  • Overtime pay
Experience:
  • Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
