1.Establish a standard of cleanliness rooms and public areas to meet the hotel standard. 2.To carry out quality planned training & development in a systematic & professional way in order to meet the needs of the business and assist in individual team member personnel development. 3.Ensures the housekeeping operations run smoothly and effectively in accordance with the Company\'s policies and procedures. 4.Ensure sanitations standards are maintained for all rooms, public areas, washrooms and extension. 5.Planning and managing the housekeeping department and the usage of the housekeeping inventories and equipments. 6.Lead supervisors & maids and inspects rooms daily to ensure quality and standards of cleaning are maintained.
