We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Housekeeping

staff to join our team at Sohho Hotel, Kemaman.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways and public areas Change bed linens, replenish amenities and ensure rooms are ready for guests Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor Follow hotel cleaning standards and safety procedures

Customer Service

Greet guests politely and assist with their requests when needed Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction through high-quality service

Inventory Management

Handle housekeeping supplies and report low stock to the supervisor Use cleaning materials responsibly to avoid wastage Ensure equipment and cleaning tools are properly maintained

Qualification

Male/Female, physically fit and healthy Minimum SPM or equivalent Honest, hardworking and detail-oriented Experience in housekeeping is an advantage but not required
