Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS



Clean and service assigned guest rooms following hotel standards.

Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and dust furniture.

Remove trash and ensure waste bins are emptied.

Report maintenance issues such as plumbing leaks, AC malfunctions, or broken furniture to Supervisor.

Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy at all times.

Ensure guest privacy and respect "Do Not Disturb" signs

Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

Follow hotel safety protocols and hygiene regulations.

Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.

Work closely with other departments to personalize guest experiences

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS



Experience in housekeeping is an advantage.

Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.

Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Basic communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
