Job Description
Housekeeping & Maintenance Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cleaning and stocking restrooms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Notifying managers of necessary repairs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collecting and disposing of trash. \xe2\x80\xa2 Properly cleaning upholstered furniture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Repairing or replacing damaged equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshooting problems with equipment and making repairs as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining equipment by performing regular maintenance checks, replacing parts, or performing repairs Housekeeping & Maintenance Requirements: Ability to manage your time efficiently. Work well unsupervised. Ability to lift. Handle basic maintenance and cleaning. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with customer guests. Hard worker.
